Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $6 for qualifying orders under $75. Qualifying orders of $75 or more receive free standard shipping. Your available rate and final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery
Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after the carrier receives the package. Delivery dates are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at sethfraiman721@gmail.com. We can’t guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated, your package appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at sethfraiman721@gmail.com. For damaged packages or items, please include photos of the packaging and garment. We’ll review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Returned packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery, we’ll contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the order be sent again.
